1. Your Right to Cancel (Online, Phone & Mail Orders)

If you buy directly from Letstrack UK online, by phone, or by mail order, you have the right to cancel your order within *14 days* of receiving your goods, without giving a reason.
- You then have a further14 daysto return the goods to us.
- We will refund you in full (including standard delivery costs) within14 daysof receiving the returned goods.
- Goods must be returned in theiroriginal conditionwith all accessories and packaging.
-Installation charges are non-refundable.
- If you require device removal, this will be charged separately.

2. In-Store Purchases

If you buy in person from an authorised Letstrack UK retailer, returns for change of mind are at the retailer’s discretion. Your statutory rights for faulty goods still apply.

3. Faulty or Not as Described

Under theConsumer Rights Act 2015:
- If your product is faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose, you can request a *full refund within 30 days* of purchase/delivery.
- After 30 days and up to 6 months, we will offer a *repair or replacement*. If that fails, you can request a refund or price reduction.
- After 6 months, you may still have rights up to 6 years (5 in Scotland) if you can prove the fault existed at the time of purchase.

4. Exclusions

The following arenon-refundable:
- Devices once installed and activated.
- Installation charges.
- Services and subscription renewals.
- Device removal costs (charged separately).
- Goods not returned in original condition or missing accessories.
- Partial returns from multi‑unit orders (all units from the order must be returned together).

5. Warranty

-GPS Tracking Devices:1 year warranty with Letstrack service package; 1‑year standard warranty with Basic package.
-Letstrack TAGs:6 month warranty from delivery.
- Warranty covers manufacturing defects only.
- Does not cover damage from misuse, unauthorised modification, accidents, or use with incompatible devices.
- Repaired or replaced products are covered for the remainder of the original warranty period.

6. How to Return

1. Submit a return request via theReturns & Refundssection on our website. 2. You will receive aReturn Product Authorisation (RPA)number and instructions within 1 business day.
3. Return the product using a tracked service (customer pays return postage unless faulty).
4. We will inspect the goods and process your refund or replacement.

7. Refund Processing

- Refunds are made to your original payment method.
- We aim to process refunds within7–14 business daysof receiving your return.
- We may deduct an amount if goods have been handled beyond what is necessary to check their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

8. Your Statutory Rights

This policy is in addition to your legal rights under the *Consumer Rights Act 2015* and other applicable UK consumer protection laws.
